Ingredients : Macha Munda (fish head), Salt, Turmeric Powder, Poi, Potato, Aubergine, Pumpkin, Green Chilli, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Mustard Oil, Panch Phoron, Coriander Powder, Sugar, Garam Masala.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Chop and marinate macha munda with salt and turmeric powder.
Step 2 : Chop poi, potato, aubergine, pumpkin, green chilli, onion.
Step 3 : Make a paste of ginger and garlic.
Step 4 : Fry marinated macha munda and keep aside.
Step 5 : Fry panch phoron, chopped green chilli, chopped onion, chopped potato, chopped pumpkin.
Step 6 : Add paste, salt, turmeric powder and cook.
Step 7 : Add coriander powder and cook.
Step 8 : Add chopped aubergine, chopped poi, cover to tender and cook.
