Ingredients : Parwal (Pointed gourd), Ginger, Garlic, Soyabean Oil, Clove, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Turmeric, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Water, Dahi (Yogurt).
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Peel off and split parwal.
Step 2 : Make a paste of ginger and garlic.
Step 3 : Fry clove, cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves.
Step 4 : Add peeled off parwal and fry.
Step 5 : Add turmeric powder and salt, fry, cover to tender.
Step 6 : Add paste, fry, cover to tender.
Step 7 : Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and spoon of water to prevent spices to burn. cook.
Step 8 : Add whisked yogurt and cook.
