Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Chop bhenda.
Step 2 : Roast red dry chilli, coriander and fenugreek.
Step 3 : Grate coconut.
Step 4 : Make a paste of roasted spices and grated coconut.
Step 5 : Crackle mustard seed and curry leaves in sunflower oil.
Step 6 : Add chopped bhenda, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt, paste, tamarind water and cook, cover to tender.
