Tchok Wangun from Jammu and Kashmir, India | Best Indian Food Blog | Aubergine, Eggplant recipe

Location : Jammu and Kashmir.

Preference : Veg.

Ingredients : Wangun (Aubergine, Eggplant), Mustard Oil, Tamarind, Water, Cardamom, Clove, Asafoetida, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Ginger Powder, Fennel Seed Powder.

Recipe at a Glance :

Step 1 : Split wangun.

Step 2 : Fry splitted wangun and keep aside.

Step 3 : Make tamarind water by kneading tamarind in water and keep aside.

Step 4 : Add cardamom, clove, asafoetida, kashmiri red chilli powder, tamarind water, salt, water, ginger powder, fennel seed powder in hot oil and mix well.

Step 5 : Add wangun and cook with cover. Video Help
