Location : Madhya Pradesh.

Preference : Veg.

Ingredients : Semolina, Flour, Cardamom, Milk, Sugar, Water, Soyabean Oil or Ghee.

Recipe at a Glance :

Step 1 : Pour semolina, flour, crushed cardamom and make a batter with milk. Season it for 30 to 60 minutes.

Step 2 : Make a syrup with sugar and split cardamom in boiling water.

Step 3 : Pour a serving spoon of batter in to hot oil and fry.

Step 4 : Dip fried dumpling in to sugar syrup and let it be soaked. Video Help
