Ingredients : Kosu Xaak (Taro Stem), Water, Garlic, Green Chilli, Onion, Tomato, Mustard Oil, Mustard Seed. Salt, Turmeric Powder, Lime.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Peel off and chop kosu xaak.
Step 2 : Boil kosu xaak and drain the water.
Step 3 : Chop garlic, green chilli, onion and tomato.
Step 4 : Crackle mustard seed add chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped green chilli and fry.
Step 5 : Add chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder and fry.
Step 6 : Add kosu xaak and fry, cook with cover.
