Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Marinate katla with turmeric powder and salt, keep aside.
Step 2: Make a paste of poppy seed, mustard seed and green chilli, keep aside
Step 3: Make a paste of onion, keep aside.
Step 4: Whisk doi, keep aside.
Step 5: Fry katla, keep aside.
Step 6: Fry onion paste.
Step 7: Add salt and turmeric powder, fry.
Step 8: Add poppy-mustard-chilli paste, fry.
Step 9: Add whisked doi, cook.
Step 10: Add green chilli, sugar, garam masala, cook.
Step 11: Add water, cook.
