Ingredients : Chana (Chickpea), Water, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Onion, Tomato, Soyabean Oil, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove, Bay Leaves, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Mango Powder.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Soak white chickpea over night in normal water.
Step 2 : Boil soaked chickpea with salt.
Step 3 : Separate stock aside.
Step 4 : Make a paste of ginger and garlic.
Step 5 : Split green chilli, chop onion and tomato.
Step 6 : Fry cinnamon, cardamom, clove, bay leaves, chopped onion.
Step 7 : Add paste and fry.
Step 8 : Add chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder and fry till tender.
Step 9 : Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and fry.
Step 10 : Add boiled chickpea and fry.
Step 11 : Add split green chilli and fry.
Step 12 : Add stock, garam masala powder and cook with cover.
