Ingredients : Pohala Macha (Labeo Bata fish), Salt, Turmeric Powder, Mustard Oil, Green Chilli, Onion, Tomato, Mustard Seed, Cumin, Garlic, Panch Phoron, Coriander Powder, Water.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Clean pohala macha.
Step 2 : Marinate with salt, turmeric powder, mustard oil leave for 15 minutes.
Step 3 : Split green chilli, chop onion and tomato.
Step 4 : Make a paste of mustard seed, cumin, green chilli and garlic.
Step 5 : Fry pohala macha and keep aside.
Step 6 : Fry panch phoron and chopped onion.
Step 7 : Add chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder, turn and fry.
Step 8 : Add coriander powder, turn and fry.
Step 9 : Add paste, split green chilli, turn and fry.
Step 10 : Add water and cook.
Step 11 : Add fried pohala macha and cook with cover to tender. Video Help
