Ingredients : Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Onion, Tomato, Nga (Fish), Soyabean Oil, Scallion, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander, Cumin, Water, Salt.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Crush ginger and garlic, split green chilli, chop onion, tomato and nga.
Step 2 : Fry chopped nga and keep aside.
Step 3 : Fry chopped onion, split green chilli.
Step 4 : Add crushed garlic and crushed ginger, chopped scallion, chopped tomato, turn and fry.
Step 5 : Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted coriander and cumin powder, turn and fry.
Step 6 : Add water, turn and cook.
Step 7 : Add salt, fried nga, chopped scallion, cover to tender. Video Help
