Location : West Bengal.

Preference : Non-Veg.

Ingredients : Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Onion, Karola (Bitter Melon), Mourola (Indian Carplet), Salt, Turmeric Powder, Mustard Oil, Water.

Recipe at a Glance :

Step 1 : Make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion.

Step 2 : Chop karola and clean mourola.

Step 3 : Marinate chopped karola and mourola with paste, salt, turmeric powder and mustard oil.

Step 4 : Pour marinated karola and mourola in hot oiled pan, add water and cover to tender.
