Preference : Non-Veg.

Ingredients : Ginger, Garlic Mustard Seed, Onion, Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Mourola (Indian Carplet), Mustard Oil.

Recipe at a Glance :

Step 1 : Make a paste of ginger, garlic and mustard seed.

Step 2 : Chop onion and split green chilli.

Step 3 : Marinate mourola with chopped onion, split green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, paste and mustard oil.

Step 4 : Sprinkle mustard oil and cook with cover in low flame. Video Help
