Location : Puducherry.

Preference : Non-Veg.

Ingredients : Kadugu (Mustard Seed), Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Sesame Oil, Curry Leaves, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Yerra (Shrimp), Salt, Coconut Milk.

Recipe at a Glance :

Step 1 : Make a powder of kadugu.

Step 2 : Make a paste of garlic.

Step 3 : Chop onion and tomato.

Step 4 : Crackle kadugu in sesame oil.

Step 5 : Add chopped onion and curry leaves, turn and fry.

Step 6 : Add garlic paste, turn and fry.

Step 7 : Add chopped tomato, turn and fry.

Step 8 : Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, kadugu powder, turn and fry.

Step 9 : Add peeled off yerra, salt, turn and fry.

Step 10 : Add thin coconut milk, turn and cook.

Step 11 : Add thick coconut milk, turn and cook. Video Help
