Location : Bihar.

Preference : Non-Veg.

Ingredients : Jhinga (Shrimp), Salt, Turmeric Powder, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Soyabean Oil, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Yogurt, Garam Masala, Water.

Recipe at a Glance :

Step 1 : Marinate jhinga with salt and turmeric powder.

Step 2 : Make a paste of ginger and garlic.

Step 3 : Chop onion and tomato.

Step 4 : Fry marinated jhinga and keep aside.

Step 5 : Fry cardamom, cinnamon, chopped onion.

Step 6 : Add paste and fry.

Step 7 : Add chopped tomato and fry.

Step 8 : Add bay leaves, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and fry.

Step 9 : Add yogurt and fry.

Step 10 : Add garam masala, fried jhinga and fry.
