Ingredients : Sangha (Fish), Salt, Turmeric Powder, Tomato, Green Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Soyabean Oil, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Water.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Clean and chop sangha.
Step 2 : Marinate sangha with salt, turmeric powder.
Step 3 : Chop tomato, green chilli, onion, garlic.
Step 4 : Fry marinated sangha and keep aside.
Step 5 : Fry chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, chopped tomato, salt and fry. Cover to tender.
Step 6 : add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry. Cover to tender.
Step 7 : Add fried sangha and fry.
Step 8 : Add water, turn and cook, cover to tender. Video Help
