Ingredients : Mourola (Indian Carplet), Turmeric Powder, Salt, Green Mango, Water, Mustard Oil, Red Dry Chilli, Mustard Seed, Sugar.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Clean mourola and marinate with turmeric powder and salt.
Step 2 : Slice green mango and boil with salt and turmeric powder till tender and keep aside.
Step 3 : Fry marinated mourola and keep aside.
Step 4 : Fry red dry chilli and mustard seed.
Step 5 : Add boiled mango and stock, sugar and cook.
