Ingredients : Bataka, Parval, Soyabean Oil, Cumin, Mustard Seed, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Sugar.

Recipe at a Glance :

Step 1 : Peel off bataka, and parval.

Step 2 : Chop bataka and parval.

Step 3 : Fry cumin, mustard seed and asafoetida.

Step 4 : Ad chopped bataka and fry.

Step 5 : Add choped parval and fry cover to tender.

Step 6 : Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and fry, cover to tender.

Step 7 : Add garam masala, sugar and fry. Video Help
