Ingredients : Muri (Fish Head), Turmeric Powder, Salt, Ginger, Potato, Onion, Green Chilli, Mustard Oil, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Short Grain Rice, Water, Sugar, Garam Masala, Ghee.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Marinate muri with turmeric powder and salt.
Step 2 : Make ginger paste.
Step 3 : Chop potato, onion and split green chilli.
Step 4 : Fry marinated muri and keep aside.
Step 5 : fry cardamom, cinnamon and clove.
Step 6 : Add chopped potato and fry.
Step 7 : Add cumin, bay leaves, chopped onion and fry.
Step 8 : Add paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, split green chilli and fry.
Step 9 : Add short grain rice, fried muri, turn and fry again.
Step 10 : Add water and cook with cover to tender.
Step 11 : crush muri, turn and mix well.
Step 12 : Add sugar, garam masala, ghee, turn and cook. Video Help
