Location : Telangana.

Preference : Veg.

Ingredients : Onion, Garlic, Coconut Oil, Split Chick Pea, Split Black Gram, Mustard Seed, Cumin, Curry Leaves, Koyya Thotakura (Red Amaranth), Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder.

Recipe at a Glance :

Step 1 : Chop onion, smash garlic.

Step 2 : Fry split chick pea, split black gram, Mustard seed, cumin, smashed garlic and chopped onion.

Step 3 : Add curry leaves and fry.

Step 4 : Add koyya thotakura, mix well and cover to tender.

Step 5 : Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry. Video Help
