Location : West Bengal.

Preference : Non-Veg.

Ingredients : Chingri (Shrimp), Turmeric Powder, Salt, Potato, Onion, Green Chilli, Mukhi (Taro Corm), Mustard Oil, Nigella Seed, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Water, Garam Masala, Sugar.

Recipe at a Glance :

Step 1 : Clean chingri.

Step 2 : Marinate chingri with salt and turmeric powder.

Step 3 : Chop potato and onion.

Step 4 : Split green chilli.

Step 5 : Peel off mukhi and chop.

Step 6 : Fry marinated chingri and separate.

Step 7 : Fry nigella seed, chopped potato.

Step 8 : Add split green chilli, chopped onion, chopped mukhi, salt, turmeric powder and fry, cover to tender.

Step 9 : Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, little bit of water and fry again.

Step 10 : Add water and cover to tender.

Step 11 : Add fried chingri, garam masala and cover to tender.
