Ingredients : Adaa (Egg), Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli, Mustard Oil, Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Water, Kasuri Methi.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Split the surface of boiled adaa and marinate with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
Step 2 : Make a paste of garlic and ginger.
Step 3 : Chop onion, tomato and split green chilli.
Step 4 : Fry marinated adaa and keep aside.
Step 5 : Fry cinnamon, clove, cardamom and onion.
Step 6 : Add paste and fry.
Step 7 : Add chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and fry well.
Step 8 : Add split green chilli , garam masala and fry.
Step 9 : Add water, turn and cook.
Step 10 : Add fried adaa and cook.
