Ingredients : Kozhi (Chicken), Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Lime Juice, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Onion, Tomato, Coconut Oil, Cumin, Mustard Seed, Curry Leaves.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Chop and clean kozhi.
Step 2 : Marinate with turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, lime juice and black pepper powder.
Step 3 : Make a paste of ginger and garlic.
Step 4 : Split green chilli, chop onion and tomato.
Step 5 : Fry cumin, mustard seed, chopped onion, curry leaves, split green chilli and fry.
Step 6 : Add paste, chopped tomato and fry.
Step 7 : Add marinated kozhi and fry, cook with cover to tender, turn frequently. Video Help
