Step 1 : Chop pudalangai.
Step 2 : Fry mustard seed, cumin, red dry chilli, garlic, split chickpea, split black gram, asafoetida, curry leaves.
Step 3 : Add chopped pudalangai and fry, cover to tender.
Step 4 : Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry, cover to tender.
