Preference : Veg.

Ingredients : Pudalangai (Snake Gourd), Coconut Oil, Mustard Seed, Cumin, Red Dry Chilli, Garlic, Split Chickpea, Split Black Gram, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder.

Recipe at a Glance :

Step 1 : Chop pudalangai.

Step 2 : Fry mustard seed, cumin, red dry chilli, garlic, split chickpea, split black gram, asafoetida, curry leaves.

Step 3 : Add chopped pudalangai and fry, cover to tender.

Step 4 : Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry, cover to tender.
