Ingredients : Potato, Patol (Pointed Gourd), Onion, Chingri (Shrimp), Turmeric Powder, Salt, Ginger, Green Chilli, Onion, Mustard Oil, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Sugar, Water, Yogurt, Garam Masala.
Recipe at a Glance :
Step 1 : Peel off and chop potato.
Step 2 : Scrub and chop patol.
Step 3 : Chop onion,
Step 4 : Clean and wash chingri.
Step 5 : Marinate chingri with turmeric powder and salt.
Step 6 : Make a paste of ginger, green chilli and onion.
Step 7 : Fry marinated chingri and keep aside.
Step 8 : Fry chopped potato.
Step 9 : Add salt, turmeric powder and fry.
Step 10 : Add chopped patol and fry, cover to tender. And keep aside.
Step 11 : Fry cumin, bay leaves and chopped onion.
Step 12 : Add paste, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, sugar and fry.
Step 13 : Add little bit of water and fry again.
Step 14 : Add yogurt and fry.
Step 15 : Add fried patol, potato and fry.
Step 16 : Add fried chingri and fry again
Step 17 : Add water and cook with cover.
