Ingredients: Potato, Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli, Koldil (Plantain Flower), Mustard Oil, Panch Phoron, Salt, Turmeric Powder.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Peel off and chop potato, onion, garlic, split green chilli.
Step 2: Open bells (Flakes) and get flowers of it.
Step 3: Remove stigma (center stick) of each flower.
Step 4: Wash flowers in water.
Step 5: Chop flowers (Koldil).
Step 6: Fry panch phoron, chopped garlic, chopped onion, split green chilli, chopped potato, chopped koldil fry and cover to tender.
Step 7: Add salt, turmeric powder and fry, cover to tender.
