Ingredients: Alu (Potato), Bhendi (Okra), Green Chilli , Mustard Oil, Nigella Seed, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Sugar.

Recipe at a Glance:

Step 1: Peel off and chop alu, chop bhendi, split green chilli.

Step 2: Fry nigella seed, green chilli.

Step 3: Add chopped alu and fry.

Step 4: Add chopped bhendi, salt, turmeric powder and fry to tender.
