Ingredients: Milk, Rice (Short Grain Rice or Jasmine Rice), Ghee, Bay Leaves, Cardamom, Raisin, Salt, Sugar.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Boil milk.
Step 2: Marinate dry rice with ghee.
Step 3: Add bay leaves and cardamom into boiling milk and boil.
Step 4: Add marinated rice into boiling milk and keep boiling, turn frequently.
Step 5: Add raisin and keep boiling, turn frequently.
Step 6: Add pinch of salt just to enhance the taste and keep boiling, turn frequently.
