Location: Assam.

Preference: Veg.

Ingredients: Koldil (Plantain Flower), Water, Onion, Masoor Dail (Lentils), Mustard Oil, Dry Red Chilli, Panch Phoron, Turmeric Powder, Salt.

Recipe at a Glance:

Step 1: Chop and wash koldil and drain the water.

Step 2: Chop onion.

Step 3: Wash masoor dail and drain the water.

Step 4: Fry crushed dry red chilli, panch phoron and chopped onion.

Step 5: Add chopped koldil and fry.

Step 6: Add masoor dail and fry.

Step 7: Add turmeric powder, salt and fry.

Step 8: Add water and cook with cover. Video Help
