Ingredients: Green Chilli , Onion, Garlic, Kasur Loti (Taro Stolon), Mustard Oil, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Water.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Split green chilli, chop onion and smash garlic.
Step 2: Peel off or scrub kasur loti and chop.
Step 3: Fry smashed garlic, chopped onion, split green chilli and chopped kasur loti.
Step 4: Cover to tender and fry.
Step 5: Add turmeric powder, salt and fry.
Step 6: Cover to tender and fry.
Step 7: Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and fry.
Step 8: Add little bit of water and cook with cover and fry. Video Help
