Location: West Bengal.

Preference: Veg.

Ingredients: Onion, Green Chilli, Alu (Potato), Chichinga (Snake Gourd), Mustard Oil, Nigella Seed, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Sugar.

Recipe at a Glance:

Step 1: Chop onion, split green chilli, chop alu, scrub chichinga and chop.

Step 2: Add nigella seed, chopped onion, split green chilli, chopped chichinga, chopped alu in mustard oil, turn and fry.

Step 3: Add salt and turmeric powder, turn and fry.
