Ingredients: Kakra (Crab), Water, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Red Chilli, Onion, Mustard Oil, Garam Masala.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Dress and wash kakra.
Step 2: Marinate kakra with salt and turmeric powder.
Step 3: Make a paste of cumin, ginger, garlic, red chilli and onion.
Step 4: Fry cumin in mustard oil, add kakra, turn and fry.
Step 5: Add paste, turn and fry.
Step 6: Add salt, turmeric powder, turn and fry.
Step 7: Add water and cook.
