Location: Jammu and Kashmir.

Preference: Non-Veg.

Ingredients: Onion, Mustard Oil, Water, Mutton, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Fennel Powder, Ginger Powder, Salt, Yogurt, Cardamom Powder, Ghee, Mint Powder.

Recipe at a Glance:

Step 1: Chop onion.

Step 2: Fry chopped onion in mustard oil.

Step 3: Make a paste of fried onion.

Step 4: Boil chopped mutton in water.

Step 5: Add peeled off garlic, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, fennel powder, ginger powder and salt, boil with cover.

Step 6: Whisk yogurt in low flame and add into the boiling mutton and turn well.

Step 7: Add cardamom powder, ghee, onion paste and turn to mix well, boil with cover.
