Ingredients: Curdled Milk, Semolina, Sugar, Water.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Add 350g curdled with 10g semolina and knead well to make it fine.
Step 2: Make some small balls of fine curdled milk.
Step 3: Caramelize sugar to make a colour.
Step 4: Add more water and add sugar to make a thin syrup, keep boiling.
Step 5: Add small balls and boil with cover, turn frequently.
Step 6: Add water frequently when syrup consistency becomes higher, keep boiling, turn frequently.
Step 7: Keep boiling till balls tender completely.
Step 8: Syrup consistency should be higher at end.
Step 9: Turn off the flame and keep them for 8 hours for better result. Video Help
