Location: West Bengal.
Ingredients: Curdled Milk, Semolina, Water, Sugar.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Knead 350g curdled milk finely.
Step 2: Add 5g semolina and knead and rub finely.
Step 3: Cut in to some small pieces and give them exact shape using your palm.
Step 4: Make a lite sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water.
Step 5: Leave each pieces of curdled milk in to the boiling sugar syrup.
Step 6: Boil with cover, flip intermittently.
Step 7: Boil till becoming fluffy and lite brown, flame off.
