Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Make a Paste of Garlic and Ginger.
Step 2: Chop Tomato and Onion, split Green Chilli.
Step 3: Heat the Soyabean Oil.
Step 4: Add Fenugreek, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Clove, Cardamom, Kukhura, turn and fry.
Step 5: Add Paste, chopped Onion, split Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, turn and fry.
Step 6: Add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, chopped Tomato, turn and fry.
Step 7: Cover to tender.
Step 8: Add chopped Coriander Leaves, Garam Masala, turn and fry.
