Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Boil Arbi with Salt and Water.
Step 2: Peel off boiled Arbi and keep aside.
Step 3: Whisk Yogurt and keep aside.
Step 4: Heat up Soyabean Oil.
Step 5: Add Ajwain, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, peeled off Arbi, turn and fry.
Step 6: Add Dahi and Water, turn continuously and cook.
Step 7: Add Garam Masala, turn and cook.
