Location: West Bengal.

Preference: Non-Veg.

Ingredients: Green Chilli, Sorse (Mustard Seed), Mustard Oil, Nigella Seed, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Water, Khoka Ilish (Small Hilsa Fish).

Recipe at a Glance:

Step 1: Clean the fish.

Step 2: Make a Paste of Sorse and Green Chilli.

Step 3: Add Nigella Seed, Green Chilli, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Paste in Mustard Oil, turn and fry.

Step 4: Add Water and keep boiling.

Step 5: Add Khoka Ilish and keep boiling with cover. Video Help
