
Location: Meghalaya.
Preference: Veg.
Ingredients: Tal (Palmyra Fruit), Water, Sugar, Bay Leaves, Milk.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Peel off the Tal.
Step 2: Knead Tal with water continuously and when juice extracts keep the juice separately. Repeat the process till all the juice extracts and seeds and fibers become almost white.
Step 3: Filter the juice with a cloth to get fiber free smooth juice.
Step 4: Boil the juice and keep turning.
Step 5: Add Bay Leaves, turn and boil.
Step 6: Add Sugar, turn and cook.
Step 7: Add Milk, turn and cook to get preferred consistency. Video Help
