Location: Sikkim.

Preference: Veg.

Ingredients: Cyau (Mushroom), Onion Green Chilli, Tomato, Mustard Oil, Cumin, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Garam Masala.

Recipe at a Glance:

Step 1: Clean and chop Cyau.

Step 2: Chop Onion, Split Green Chilli, Chop Tomato.

Step 3: Fry Cumin in Mustard Oil.

Step 4: Add chopped Onion, split Green Chilli, turn and fry.

Step 5: Add chopped Tomato, chopped Cyau, Turmeric Powder, turn and fry.

Step 6: Add Salt, turn and fry.

Step 7: Add Garam Masala, turn and fry.

Step 8: Cover and cook to tender if required. Video Help
