Ingredients: Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Green Chilli, Yogurt, Mustard Oil, Bay Leaves, Clove, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Turmeric Powder, Changi Mach (Prawn), Cumin Powder, Salt, Sugar, Coconut Milk, Garam Masala, Ghee.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Peel off and clean Chingri Mach.
Step 2: Make a paste of Ginger and Garlic.
Step 3: Chop Onion, split Green Chilli.
Step 4: Whisk Yogurt.
Step 5: Fry Bay Leaf, Clove, Cardamom, Cinnamon, chopped Onion in Mustard Oil.
Step 6: Add Paste, split Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, turn and fry.
Step 7: Add peeled off Chingri Mach, turn and fry.
Step 8: Add Cumin Powder, whisked Yogurt, turn and fry.
Step 9: Add Salt and Sugar, turn and fry.
Step 10: Add Coconut Milk, turn and cook.
