Ingredients: Garlic Onion, Mustard Seed, Water, Machli (Catla), Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Tomato, Green Chilli, Mustard Oil, Fenugreek, Coriander Powder, Coriander Leaves.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Make a paste of Garlic.
Step 2: Make a paste of Onion.
Step 3: Make a paste of Mustard Seed.
Step 4: Marinate chopped Machli with Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Garlic Paste.
Step 5: Chop Tomato and split Green Chilli.
Step 6: Fry marinated Machli and keep aside.
Step 7: Fry Fenugreek, Onion Paste.
Step 8: Add Garlic Paste, turn and fry.
Step 9: Add Coriander Powdr, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, chopped Tomato, Mustard Paste, turn and fry.
Step 10: Add Water, turn and cook.
Step 11: Add fried Machli, split Green Chilli, cover to tender.
