Chichinga Chingri from West Bengal, India | Best Indian Food Blog | Shrimp Snake Gourd recipe

Location: West Bengal.

Preference: Non-Veg.

Ingredients: Green Chill, Onion, Chichinga (Snake Gourd), Mustard Oil, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Chingri (Shrimp), Nigella Seed, Sugar.

Recipe at a Glance:

Step 1: Split Green Chilli, chop Onion, peel off and chop Chichinga.

Step 2: Fry Chingri with Salt and Turmeric Powder in Mustard Oil and keep aside.

Step 3: Fry chopped Onion, split Green Chilli, Nigella Seed in Mustard Oil.

Step 4: Add chopped Chichinga, Salt, Turmeric Powder, turn and fry, cover to tender.

Step 5: Add Sugar and fried Chingri, turn and fry. Video Help
