Location: Jammu and Kashmir.
Ingredients: Kokur (Chicken), Garlic, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove, Water, Salt, Ginger Powder, Fennel Powder, Yogurt, Ghee, Mint Powder.
Recipe at a Glance:
Step 1: Chop and clean kokur.
Step 2: Add garlic, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, water, salt and boil.
Step 3: Add ginger powder, fennel powder, turn and boil again.
Step 4: Whisk yogurt, stir and cook in low flame.
Step 5: Add cooked yogurt in boiling kokur, mix and boil again.
Step 6: Add ghee and mint powder, turn and cook again with cover. Video Help
