Location: Sikkim.

Preference: Non-Veg.

Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli, Tomato, Mustard Oil, Sidra (Small Dehydrated Fish), Red Dry Chilli, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Leaves.

Recipe at a Glance:

Step 1: Chop Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli and Tomato.

Step 2: Fry Sidra in Mustard Oil and keep aside.

Step 3: Fry Red Dry Chilli and chopped Garlic.

Step 4: Add chopped Onion, chopped Green Chilli, turn and fry.

Step 5: Add chopped Tomato, Salt, Turmeric Powder, turn and fry.

Step 6: Add fried Sidra, turn and fry.

Step 7: Add chopped Coriander Leaves, turn and fry. Video Help
