Peeled off, grate and make a paste of coconut using Sil and Nora, make a paste of rice and made Sajer Pitha, Sara Pita or Chitoi Pitha whatsoever you may call it, we used the traditional authentic clay oven to make those in a village of West Bengal. And finally tasted those one after another. It was a wonderful day. I have enjoyed a lot and hopefully you will enjoy the same.
